Pricing
You pay per order. Nothing else.
There’s no subscription and no setup fee. Each order costs the price of its products plus shipping to your customer, paid from a prepaid balance that you top up when you need to.
What an order costs
Every part is known before you sell
Product price
Set per product, size and material. You see it in the Shopify app, the merchant platform and the API before you publish anything.
Shipping
By destination country: one price for the first item and a lower one for each extra item in the same parcel.
VAT
Prices are net. We are not currently registered as a VAT payer, so no VAT is added to your orders.
Order total, paid from your balance
Payment
One prepaid balance for every channel
Shopify app or API, every order is paid the same way: from your Gravilo balance.
Top up through Stripe
Pay with a card or another method that Stripe Checkout offers in your country.
Auto-recharge
Save a card and we top up automatically when your balance drops below the amount you choose.
Nothing is rejected
If your balance can’t cover an order, the order waits on hold and goes ahead by itself once you top up.
Invoices
Every payment comes with an invoice, available in the Shopify app or the merchant platform.
Currency
We bill in euros. Romanian companies can choose lei instead. Your currency is fixed after your first top-up.
Your retail price is yours
You decide what your customers pay. The Shopify app shows our cost next to your price, so you see your margin before you publish.
What costs nothing
- No monthly or setup fee
- No minimum order: one piece is fine
- API test mode, as much as you need
