Every order leaves our workshop in Cluj-Napoca with a tracking number, in a parcel without any Gravilo branding.

Delivery times count from the day the parcel leaves our workshop and are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking for every parcel
On Shopify, tracking is added to the order and Shopify notifies your customer. With the API, you get it by webhook.
No Gravilo branding
Parcels show your customer’s address and nothing about us. We never contact your customers.
No customs within the EU
We ship from Romania, inside the EU, so your customers pay no import duties.
Shipping costs
Shipping is priced by destination country: one price for the first item and a lower one for each extra item in the same parcel.
